1. Who you are contracting with
The Evolvers game and this website are provided by Evo Vegas ("we", "us", "our"), the seller of the game. By accessing or using Evolvers you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. What Evolvers is
Evolvers is a free-to-play idle video game with optional in-app purchases. It is not gambling: Bio-Energy and Shards are virtual currencies for gameplay only, cannot be cashed out, and have no monetary value.
3. Accounts
You may play without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 12 years old to play, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in the UK) to make purchases.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in the Evolvers game and site — including the software, source code, artwork, characters, creature designs, audio, music, text, logos, the "Evolvers" and "Evo Vegas" names, and all associated trademarks — are owned by Evo Vegas or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the game or site except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
5. Purchases & Payment Processing
Optional purchases (Aeon Prime, Bazaar packs, Ultra bundle) are shown in your local currency at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Evo Vegas is the seller of record for all purchases made through this site. Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc., which handles secure card processing, currency conversion, and receipts. Recurring subscriptions (if any) are clearly labelled at the point of sale and may be cancelled at any time from your account. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. UK consumers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or automate the game beyond intended features; do not use the game unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; do not upload malware or interfere with security or infrastructure; do not scrape or probe the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that abuse rate limits and anti-cheat systems.
8. Availability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
