Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

UK and EU consumers may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction for a full refund, provided the digital content has not been consumed. Because Premium and Bazaar packs unlock in-game benefits immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day right once the content is consumed.

Unconsumed purchases

If you bought a Bazaar pack and have not yet applied it in-game, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it in full.

Faulty digital content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a purchase is faulty (e.g. entitlement not delivered, incorrect item), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost. Contact us and we will resolve it.

Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions (e.g. Aeon Prime) can be cancelled at any time. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the in-game support link after signing in, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your transaction ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe), typically within 5–10 business days.
